I'm a Leadership Coach & Consultant with a passion for helping leaders unify, inspire, and motivate their teams.

I discovered my love for coaching professionals over the course of a decade in Strategy and Operations. I've launched new markets, scaled teams, built departments, and navigated executive environments, yet the thing that always brought me the greatest joy was helping others grow. As a coach, I draw on my executive & leadership experience, knowing what it’s like to sit on the other side of the table.

I love working at all levels of an organization to increase productivity and company morale. From first time managers to seasoned veterans, I'm passionate about helping people find their voice, improve collaboration, and motivate their teams to drive results.

In addition to coaching people at companies like Square, LinkedIn, and Reddit, I also teach and coach business students at Berkeley Haas Business School.
